quick question

I am sigining an acknowledgement this morning

There is one area that says

Executed on this___day of __,_______at__________,________

Does the city or name of the county go on that first blank after at?

I use the city, state. Never had a problem with it. n/m

If that was part of the acknowledgement, I hope you added your own CA compliant notary ack certificate. (Most likely it wasn't, but wanted to make that clear for any CA newbies who might be lurking here.)

The regular notary verbage was at the bottom. So I did not have to add a loose attachment. I just hadn't seen any with this particular wording regarding the venue on the doc as well.
