Just to report that I have been very busy for the last three days which is why I haven't posted. You have to know what to do in this market, and don't send me a pm, lol. It is Saturday night and it is time to go out on the town. ( I was too exhausted last night, lol.) Did a little vegging last night?

I want to thank the stupid title company who screwed everything up, scheduled the closing one day in advance, double payed off the BMW, pissed off the loan officer. I enjoyed the extra time till they got a new HUD over with a beautiful borrower, a Goldie Hawn lookalike, lol. She was so sweet. Thank you idiot title company. I don't mind waiting.

I don't understand why if everyone is so short of work, why they don't try harder with the jobs they DO get. I am not talking about the notary here, but all those other people who handled this so sloppily.

If I were a LO, I would make sure everyone had my cell phone, and they could call me at midnight for all I care.
