ACCUSIGNING

Ok, I spoke with Barbara Pullman, supposed owner of Accusigning. She says she sent out 2 checks for payment (for signing on 2/25) one on 4/10 and one on 4/22, of which I have received NONE!! She had the audacity to ask for one of them back. When I explained or rather, tried to explain that I hadn't recieved either of them and that I was trying to get payment, she went off, screaming that I was lucky I got paid at all??? What? That a title company was into her for 4 months of signings and that at least shes not filing bankruptcy! She would not let me get a word in edgewise and then she hung up on me.. So I called back, and she said she was putting a stop payment on the checks and hung up again. BEWARE!!!!!

Based on thier reputation, you are lucky to be paid. I had issues with them once myself. They ended up paying eventually, but it took a ton to get it.

How dare a company say"you are lucky you got paid". Excuse me, you performed a service for them so why wouldn't you get paid. I'm sure they didn't think it was charity work. Some companies totally amaze me. Thanks for the heads up.

I would inform Ms. Smartypants that I will be calling the title company. Pressure, pressure.
She would be lucky I don't live in the same town or she would be picking herself up off of the ground. I would call the lender if you do not get a response from the title company.
