All Reverse Transactions

How is this company as far as paying? I read posts that talk about them offering $80.00 Reverse Mortgages, but the were all to quick to accept my fee of $xxx.xx. Im not talking the lower side either. I already have the docs for a Monday closing and they look pretty good. I see they are a division of Lenders First Choice who has always met my fee and paid within 2 weeks. Like I said I am pretty firm with my fees. Any recent experiences would be helpful.

I have never dealt with them directly. I always get those ones through a notary company or title company. They do a lot of reverse mortgage transactions, but I have never been paid from them directly.
I have always been paid on time from the people they work with though.

I worked for them in February and received payment within two weeks.

I just did a reverse on March 18th and was paid March 31st. No problems and met my fee.

James - have done a couple for them - both locations- and they are great to work for and they do pay, usually within 2 weeks. Ask a higher fee than you normally get and they will pay. Good luck

They almost always have docs rady well ahead of time, too n/m
