April looking almost as bad March

Unless something happens quick this will be my last month doing this full time. So far only 3 closings this month. (I should have 10-13 by now)

Jan-Feb looked good and thought I could tough it out but March broke and if April remains the same that is it for me.

Driving around this weekend and all I could see was tons of for sale signs out on lawns.

Not looking too good- this month! I am really worried too- I have been looking for a job for over 3mos....nothing but straight comission offers and under $30K. I am doing better than that- now. I sure hope that things turn around. Good luck!!!

Same, here January and February were great.. March only 13, April.....Nothing as of today!

I had to get a job..... Lucky I found one.
