Are You Full Time?

I am curious how many of you still do this job Full Time. And, do you mostly work with Title Companies?
Jan. Feb. were good for me... March was full! But, so far this month I've only gotten 3 jobs.
Also- what are most of you doing for another job or extra work if you aren't doing this full time?

Yes, sort of

I also have a small imprinted promotional products distributorship, but the notary work is my main focus. In addition to notary work, I have gradually picked up work doing business site inspections, debtor attempted-contact, and mortgage foreclosure cryouts. Versatility is the key to "staying alive" in this line of work. As long as the pay is fair and reasonable for the type of work involved, I will accept it since I enjoy variety and taking on new opportunities. (As long as they do NOT involve sales!!!!)

I do this part time and it works great for me! I am in NJ and I work full time in the auto insurance field. I only do closings during the week(evenings) and on saturday I am totally free. Once said and done its works out great for me! I cannot imagine doing this full time kudos to you guys who can because my hats go off to you this is a very challenging business.

full-time, but also run a paralegal firm...

which is picking up...lots of real estate attorney clients. Some of which had 90% income from real estate trans, now less than 1%. So they've gone back to doing divorces, bankruptcy's, foreclosures....so, for now, I'm okay.
