Still a big "O"
They continue to lie. First 30 days, then 60 days, then 70 days. I have been waiting since Jan 26.
I see some posts that they are now paying faster. Not for me. The last time I heard from them they said they can not tell me when I will get paid.
I wonder how long they have to wait to get paid by title companies?????

They get paid by title companies within ten days.
That is what we are pushing with our clients that hire us--within 10-15 days for payment or our late fees will apply...LOL!

Call the lender and tell them that you have not gotten paid. Then put them thru collections/judgement.

It works!

I am having the same problem. I called them after I read all the negative post which of course was after I was in 475.00 in the whole with them. I ask them if it was true what I reading about slow pay she stated to tell the truth we are 90 days behind on payments. I was mad
and I told them if I would of known this ahead of time that I wouldn't of accepted their jobs. She then proceeded to tell me that April 1st would be when I would be paid. That was in the beginning of March. April 1st came and went called again on April 4th and this time she stated that she had no clue when I would be paid. So I called the Title Co. that 4 jobs were for I spoke to candice she then contacted them while I was on the other line and came back stating she told them that she pays them right after loan is signed and she expected them to pay the notarys at that time. Candice then told me that they stated check would be here on 15th if not I was to call her back and let her know and she would let them know that she will not be using them again. The Title Co. name is Team Title South located in boca raton florida.
