Commercial loan refi's

What is the difference in this type of loans I just got a call to do one of these and they were not paying much so I did not take it. Thanks!

We do them here. We charge $200-$250. By the time you get the call the borrower knows the paperwork better than you. (LOL)

The only difference is the borrwer signs and initials all pages. We did alot of check cashing buildings over $1million the past summer.

Those were the good old days....Not much difference--except maybe printing on regular size paper....
