Doc signing pros, San Fernando, Ca.,
Just wanted to warn Notaries about this company! After I had located a title company for a cashout, Carol Ventura gave closing to someone else! This lady is something else. Be warned!!!!

Roy, That is incorrect and I do not appreciate that statement. I had originally contacted you after the first Notary I contacted could not do the job. After sending you the docs, you called me back and said that there was no way you could make the appt. since you recieved the docs kindof late and you wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. Since this had to be done TODAY, I had to get someone to do the job.

Re: Doc signing pros, Great to work for
I have done a lot of closings for Carol. She has always treated me fairly and she pays on time. She is great to work for and would accept her assignments anytime.

I would like to say payment was swift and Carol was a
pleasure to work for. I had an unique situation the night I worked for Carol. I had two signings back to back, the first signing was time consuming, taking three hours. I had no cell reception at the first client's home, the client told me there was no reception in that part of Running Springs, she allowed me to use her phone. Now I will say, I had gotten more then one call on the signing for Carol from the parties involved, which I normally don't like but I was new to them, so ok......I allowed myself one call while still in the first signing, and I elected to call the next client to let them know I'd be running late by about 2 hours.....I felt horrible, I'm a person that is always on time. Carol seemed to handle this fine, considering I was unreachable for almost 2 hours and late for her signing. I explained and apologized and the next client more then made up for the difficulty on the first, in and out in less then an hour. I would work for Carol anytime......
