FASS - how to reach them?

Anyone with advise on how to reach FASS? Their phone # is only good during working hours, you cannot reply to their order confirmation, the 888# is not working etc, etc.

Client had to cancel and wants to reschedule. I resorted to sending them a FAX.

Suggestions appreciated. Patti

Are you not tied into their vendor website, the one you use to report completions and tracking numbers? If so, just note the particulars on the signing order and click. They'll reschedule it.

Do you have a phone book for India? They may have a number there you can reach them at.

Patti, I only meant that with FASS moving alot of their operations offshore that might be a way of reaching them. It was meant as a joke. No need to PM me and tell me "screw you".
