FBI and North American Signing Service follow up
I told Courtney form North American Signing Service in Livermore Ca. last Friday that she had 5 days to pay me or I would report her to the FBI for Internet Fraud and I got my check today it is Wednesday. That worked. Just wanted to follow up with everyone and let you know that it did work :o).

Good for you! Courtney paid her NSA's $50 and kept $100 for herself. Great gal wouldn't you say? I for one hope she goes out of business.

I did a signing for them June 4th and still waiting for my $50. My e-mails and phone calls to Courtney have gone unanswered. I also had to go back and have a page resigned (the TIL) although the customer and I both remember her signing it as she had some questions on how to sign it, as it listed her as the Trustee (reverse mortgage). It was the last page and I think someone lost it. The docs were not delivered to the client when I arrived so I had to come back rather late. That was the fault of the delivery driver, but still I made three trips (10 miles each way) instead of one and 2 trips to the shipper (5 miles each way). Add that to several long distance phone calls and I don't think it is even worth the $50. I won't except signings from this company again.

I got a call from her the other day and turned her down b/c of this kind of report.
Her response:
Hi Brenda -
I went onto Notary Rotary because we are not registered with them and I wanted to followup on any issues. Our goal always to be very thorough in our service on all ends. At any rate, We are not listed perhaps you have us mixed up with another service? Thank you for the info. though and if are interested in working with us let me know.
