I promised to post additional comments concerning Flag Ship and our company being paid.
After talking to Kim, the owner of Flag Ship, my company was paid. Kim did point out that they do have a 40 day pay period.

How long was it before you got paid? They usually take longer than 40 days.

I closed a couple for Flagship almost 2 years ago and got paid quickly. The last two I have done for them recently I have had to beg for my money. Still waiting on one that is over 80 days since closing. Cindy told me 20 days ago they needed a welcome package completed (even though I have worked with them for 2 years now). I faxed back everything that day. Two days ago she finally replied that it had been sent to processing (which the first time she told me that everything was in processing waiting for my complete package). Not sure what is going on with them.

I just got paid for one in Feb. 08. They wanted me to fax my 'welcome package' again - I say again as I have 3 transmission receipts for the 15 pages they wanted, but had to fax again. Like Sharon/VA, this was not the first time I have worked for them.
Begging is just not my game and I told them there was no need for a welcome pkg as I would never work for them again. They have my W-9, they admitted that they did, but just got me totally PO'ed by their insistence. Once faxed, got in 3 days. Still too long.

Received an email today saying they were researching my request for payment. Previous email end of April said they had already researched and waiting for my welcome package for check to be sent. Faxed package on May 1st. Email today asked me to be patient as they had gotten behind because of some failure in their system. It has been 92 days and replied this same info to them.

Just checked my email again and had a reply form Cindy. She claims they still have not received my welcome package and to call her before I fax so she can get it. Believe me, I am going to call alright.
