Ditto - 2 this week and for month - turned down 4....

due to low ball pay of less than $100.00.....not good not good at all....heck, it used to be 7 or 8 a week, now I'm lucky if I get this much in a month....March sucked and so did April! I've been doing mass marketing mailers...we'll see if this picks biz up...

Signing Thursday, 20-25 mi from me...TC has quirky requirement that all signers are given a copy of the full package (2 in this case) so I need to print the package 3 times (or once and copy twice)....$90...thanks but no thanks...

This month end is rock and roll, plus my live scan service is over the top. I've hired a couple of people who are trained to roll fingerprints to help me out...I think we're going to have a great year in signings nationally. Investors are starting to pick up properties after they have reverted to the lender at great prices and interest rates are low. Half of my signings are foreclosure rescues (short sales) and foreclosed properties from the banks.
I pray this is the trend, any how.

8 total for this week and I've had to turn down about 3 due to time constraints. Last week was pretty slow so this week makes up for it. There are 3 days next week till EOM...probably get a few more in before close.
