I have had a 2015 duplex, dual tray for months. Works great. A little noiser than I would prefer but nothings perfect.

I too just recently bought the 2015d model, and love it... the only problem is with some links, the print types in a giborish and mixes the text up... I have spoken to technical support when this occurs in regards to that specific print utility and they help me reset some things on my PC and printer... otherwise, it prints fast

I have had mine for a year now (next month). I absolutely love it. I have had no problems with it. It was simple to install and prints great. I have the dual tray model. Tray 1 is designated the manual feed tray. Tray 2 is the top tray that I have setup for letter size and Tray 3 (you have to go into the printer configuration settings and turn it on) is setup for legal size paper. I have mine on a network, so I can can configure right through my browser.

odd man out - again

Last week I had printer problems with my old reliable 4100. Pulled out my back up 1300. Had problems with it. Ran to Sams at 7:00 a.m. to get a printer - ot the wrong kind (ink jet). Ran to OfficeMax and got a 2015. Went through the 'free' toner within a day. Ran to OfficeMax and got a HP toner to the tune of $80.99. Put it in on April 25. I didn't work Saturday or Sunday. Ran out of toner today. $80.99 for 4 days? It says it prints 7000 copies - going back to OfficeMax tonight to demand 'something' - don't know what. In the meantime, I'll leave with another $80.99 cartridge.

Sue, I think I would take the printer back entirely...something is just not right! exchange for new one and get some toner ordered pronto. They should accept return w/o prob if exchg..
