We have had several discussions lately about e-signings and it appears to me that different companies are doing things a little different. Is this correct? Or am I wrong somewhere in my thinking?

I don't believe that there is yet an industry standard
Because the field is so new, there seems to be no standardization yet. Give it a year or so.
