Insured Closings

I got a call from Insured Closings in Medina, OH yesterday for a refi w/edocs. The signing was 24 miles one way. They offered me $75.00. I told them I charged $125.00 and that the lowest I could do it for was $100.00 (still cheap). They refused to budge. They actually said they were only getting $125.00 themselves. Apparently they think I'm that naive to believe them. What a slap in the face. This is another company I'm going to cross off my list.

was offered the same, got same excuse...seems to be

their signature excuse...you did the right thing...$125.00 is my absolute, lowest offer for refi's these days...

These companies are nothing but TROUBLE. Everyone needs to turn them down. They are bringing the entire industry down.
