Is business slow for everyone?
I am in the midst of looking for more clients to service & just wanted to get a feel for how everyone else is doing in this market. What is the average signings per month you are receiving in Arizona? I would like to base where I need to be at. Thanks

Re: no.............
No offence to dickb/wi, but he didn't have any input worth listening to. You're in different states and comparing apples to oranges. I'm in FL but even then, from county to county and city to city, or township to township, the differences in work are still apples to oranges. You may want to look into the number of notaries in your area (using zip code) to locate others who could answer your question. For me, work is slow. I don't know how much of that is due to the market, how much is due to my lack of marketing (haven't had time or $$ for much of that), or how much is due to other factors (such as more experienced/and/or established notaries in my area). I wouldn't give up if I were you; but you really do need to investigate your own area. Don't let someone from an entirely different state affect your business decisions. JMHO!! Good luck! Elaine

Way to go Sue!! I mean that from my heart! But it is slow
for a lot of people, myself included . But again, "location, location, location." Right? Not that location is everything, but it is a very crucial piece of the puzzle. Others also factor in such as, experience, business savvy, PR skills, and on and on. Either way it's the same "game" across the board but variables from place to place make a difference. Don't you agree? We're responding to a post involving MI an AZ. You're PA and I'm FL. Lots of space and differences can play a part over such a broad span/spectrum. What do you think Sue?
