James Freeman - san leandro, CA
Our favorite signing agent in San Leandro, CA a very and very good signing agent has passed away. James was from England originally, and was 70+ years old, he took every signing he could and never ever let us down. We often joked with him about his girl friend, as he was a very active man but would have to schedule his signings around his weekend outings with his girl friend. I phoned him today to give him a signing, and his son said he past away very unexpectently on Monday. His son asked me to post for those who might want to know. I will also email Harry to delete his profile

Thank you for posting this
It's nice to know that we're not just names on a list to all SSs. I didn't know Mr. Freeman but am touched and saddened by your kind words.

We had worked with James many times in the last few years and he was a great asset. He will be missed.

Several years ago James and I met at a notary group meeting. He would call me every so often to ask a Notarial procedural question which I would do my best to answer. He liked the Notary business and always wanted to learn more about its inner workings.
I wish his family the best. He was a really nice guy to talk to.
