Just how bad is April?

I am curious if others are experienceing a painfully slow start to this month? Thought a couple of calls would come in for today or Friday/Saturday.....nothing!!!!!!

Not too bad. I have been somewhat busy this week. 2 yesterday, 3 today. Last week was slower.

1 so far this month...was last Saturday...

I'm sure I'll get a few more, but last month it was 5 maybe...I've been doing some serious marketing, targeting mortgage companies licensed with the financial dept of my state.

It's great, I can see who is still in business and whose licensed has been revoked....Got three calls, so far so good.

Marketing is the key to get your and your biz out there and NOW is the time since things are slow.

I also gave 4 referrals out last month, so far nothing this month but I'm hopeful.

I did about 28 in April 2007. NONE so far this month. I actually had to get a job and I really don't like it. It pays the bills though cause the signings sure as heck wasn't anymore.

Very slow this neck of the woods (No. Central FL)

4 calls last week resulting in one partial signing - am waiting for go-ahead to complete...no calls since last Thursday...although historically (heh..one year's worth) it was real quiet up here from Feb - April - picked up again last April so I can only hope.

I have actually been doing relatively well, had 3 last week, have had 4 this week so far and one for tomorrow.. I keep the trend keeps going this way! Hope this means EOM is going to be nice and busy!!!

Only 3 so far.

Turned down two because one was in conflict with one of my signings and one is somewhat shady. One got cancelled and a couple needed a Spanish speaking notary.

Only 7 on the books till 4/12 so far

Another very bad month, I cry when I look back @ past years to compare. 7 loans and daycare has cost me 100 dollars so far and gas so I would say I'm about 200 in the hole so far this month maybe more if I crunch the numbers...

yeah those 45 dollar closing would cover my cost..lol
