National TitleNet --run away...they are very unprofessional!

Sorry in advance, but I need to vent!

I agreed to do my first e-sign with them yesterday and 2 hours before the scheduled appt. time today I called for docs/instructions. I got a poor impression overall--the confirmation had the wrong date, the borrower said she was told a different time, my contact person acted like he didn't know what was going on, etc., etc. Finally, after several attempts, I got Tim (10 minutes after the signing appt. time and still no docs). I asked him why he thought that it was OK to push back the closing time and he said he assumed that I could 'just do it later'. At this point I would have still done it if I could be out in an hour. He couldn't tell me how many pages it was or any details about my instructions. My confirmation said I needed to print 2 copies and overnight one back to them. I don't know what the point of the electronic signature is. I guess I won't be finding out today, either. I told them to find somebody else. The feedback on NR was mixed anyway, so it's probably just as well.

By the way this is National TitleNet LLC of Plano, TX. They also have an office in Elmira, NY.

Very Unprofessional!! Stay Away.

So sorry you had a problem.

I did one signing for the Texas office; no issues no problems. Payed my fee and within 18 days.
