National Titlenet-Be careful with them
These folks are sneaky. They called me to do a signing. I say no way unless you add me to the HUD. They would not do it and offered to fed ex a check and send me the tracking number, to which I agree. So... shortly thereafter they say that the signing was cancelled. I believed them, UNTIL: today I got an email from the scheduling dept that said that they have not funded the loan and they would pay me as soon as it did fund... Obviously sent to the wrong notary. They did not want to commit to their promise of payment to me so they hired someone that did not demand payment for the services. Good luck to that notary and I hope they do in fact pay you.

Did a signing April 16 at my usual fee. No complaints from them on the fee (I suspect I'm a bit higher than most); paid in 12 days.

Re: National Titlenet - Was Ok to Me
Did job for them in April. Spoke to Tim Wagoner and told him I had doubts about doing the job as reports on this site were negative. He assured me that they pay on time and I accepted his word. I got paid promptly, had no problems with the closing or documents and would work for them again.
