Nationwide Signers, LLC
Hello everyone Happy Signings to all. I hope that everyone is busy.
I completed two signings for Nationwide Signers, LLC out of Las Vegas NV one in February 2008 and one in March 2008. I have not gotten paid yet. Today, I tried to Call David Schwartz in acct payable and his number is diconnected and the main number is just a busy signal.
I am wondering if there are more of you that have run into the same problem. If you know who I can contact for payment let me know.
Happy end of the month to all and may your schedule be as busy as you need. Margaret O'Daniel

I figured that everyone here would like to know about this email I got today from Nationwide Signers, LLC. after I wrote this post and also a email to the title company. It said: ***Please read below for original email sent out. All checks owed for registered notaries have been cut and mailed out today, Monday April 21, 2008. We apologize for all delays while we finalize the accounting issues of Nationwide Signers, LLC. We wish you all the best of luck in the future.**
Hello Everyone, As much as it pains me to write this email, I would like to inform everyone that as of today at 5pm, Nationwide Signers, LLC will be shutting their doors. Due to the decreased volume and other ventures currently in place with the owner of Nationwide Signers, we have decided to close down. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty over the past couple of years. Our final piece of business will be to make sure that all invoices are sent out and collected, as well as making sure that all notaries owed will be paid in full by the end of the month. There were over 25 checks that went out last week. On Saturday, we received ALL of them back due to using stamps that were old in our office that did not have the correct amount needed to send mail. Not only did we lose a bit of money by wasting those stamps, we were unable to deliver checks as promised. Notaries, rest assured my number one priority is making sure that each of you are paid for the services rendered. I know what it is to do work, and have all of these companies shut down without paying. I WILL NOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN. We received more checks from title companies this week, and we have enough to cover all outstanding invoices. There is no need to send invoices, our computer system has generated the list, and it includes everyone who has not been paid to date.
We also have a couple of pending deals that came in this week. Again, do not worry all checks will be cut. We appreciate everything you all have done for us over the past three years, and we wish you the best in the future. We have shut down our phone numbers to allow adequate time to handle all outstanding deals. David, the owner of Nationwide Signers, is continuing his venture as the owner of Commercial Capital Group, a Las Vegas based Commercial Broker. We have had an overwhelming positive response in this industry, and will now be able to devote all employees and his own time into this venture. If you are in need of commercial financing of any type, need equipment leasing to purchase new equipment of any type, or are looking to finance any land loans, please contact him at [e-mail address].
Once again, thank you all and good luck in all of your future endeavors!

I did a signing for him on March 27th and so far, still no payment. I have talked to his "assistant" Brandon a few times about being paid. He says he talks to him often. Brandon's number is 714-657-9209. Brandon gave me this number for David - 702-994-9373 and this email: [e-mail address]. I left him a message, but so far nothing. Good luck!
