Notary Express, Inc., near Sacramento

I finally got paid for early December 2007 invoice.

According the the State of California's Corporate web page, the principle of Notary Express is Rodney Luman, 8757 Aquarius Ave., Elk Grove, CA 95624. He is also an employee of Financial Title Co. It seems that Financial Title Co., was not aware that Mr. Luman funnelled his employer's business to his own business, then didn't pay the signing agents.

If you are not being paid by Notary Express for a Financial Title signing ONLY, call Mary Lou Oaks, Div. VP at 916-351-2900. They seem most interested in having all of these unpaid for signings cleared up.
