Notary Rotary Secure notary seal --

ordered one and I'm finally getting around to opening it. Requires Security Code to open. Did not come with one. Just called NotRot and left v/m message. Does anyone have one and how did you open it? Already tried my name, commision # with no luck. TIA for any and all help!

Is this an eseal? If so it has the same code as I had on my renewal notary class.
