Anyone successful in getting paid from this guy? He still owes for December 2007 and never a response from him.

I got paid only after months of arm twisting. He used to work with Premier Doc. Solutions, what more do you need to know?

I did one on 1-12 for him I got paid 3-7-08 after sending demand letter advising that I was going to notify title. He even reimbursed me for the shipping of the demand letter. I also sent him e-mails, faxes, and phone calls everyday. I called at 7:30 am my time which is 6:30 his time still left msg every time. I did not let up until I got a response. He never did call me, he sent me a e-mail that my check was in the mail. It arrived about 3 days later, cleared the bank too.
