Oil & Gas Leases - PA

Have any of you PA Notaries been contacted by any companies to notarize oil and gas leases? It's starting up here in Bradford County - have my first one tonight. 4 neighbors all signing together.

Oil & Gas Leases are very easy!

There's absolutely no mystery to 'em. Much easier than a loan signing!

Just know your Notary Public rules for general notarizations and you'll do fine.

This is a big thing starting up here - our title searcher says the title search room is swarming with oil and gas men - hopefully I can get this guy to pass a few of my cards around to the other ones.
