Pinnacle Real Estate aka RealPinnacle.com

Do not accept signing from Pinnacle Real Estate aka RealPinnacle.com.

On January 4, 2008 Debra Wannberg from Pinnacle Real Estate hired me to complete a signing. The signing was completed on 1/7/08 as agreed and all documentation property forwarded. The payment for this signing remains outstanding.

Repeated emails and phone calls have failed to get a positive response. I received quite a few promises that payment was forthcoming, from both Debra Wannberg and Dawn Evans, but payment has never received. After 90 days I advised them if payment was not received by 8/22/08 that certain action would be taken, one of which would be to notify all forums and all Signing Agents in my area that payment was not received. I have been a signing agent for quite some time and this is the first time I have had to do this.

I recommend that if you are contacted by Pinnacle Real Estate aka RealPinnacle.com, do not accept the signing as you will most likely never be paid.

Completely agree. I did one for them in which they promised to pay immediately, which they did. Given that, I accepted another. Unfortunately, I am now chasing pymt for a 2/22/08 signing. Left numerous mssg & emails & have not even gotten a response. I figured they might be out of business given the fact that they never answer the phone.

They have been trying to avoid filing for bankrupcy from what I was told. They owe me for 5 invoices back all the way to May of 2007 and asked me last month if I would settle for half payment to be as paid in full. I agreed and they said they would sent check out that day but still have not recieved it. I would not do any work for them and cannot believe that they are still doing signings! Jenifer

Ditto for me. Completed three signings for them in Nov and Dec 2007. Called and emailed for several months. Finally, received 1/2. Was promised a little more (still not complete payment) but have not received it.

Would not accept anything more from them. Further, the loan officer told me that they have a lot of complaints from notaries about them and this loan officer does not use them. Only used them because the customer asked for me and Real Pinnacle was the one that had hired me before!

This company is just bizarre. I don't know what to make of them. The one and only signing I did for this company was in July 2007, and I still haven't been paid. But rather than just not pay and go away, I receive periodic correspondence from them promising payment. And then they don't pay. I, too, was asked to accept half of the originally agreed-upon fee. I accepted because I figured half was better than nothing. That was several months ago, and I still haven't received a check. I don't see why they keep promising payment and never send it.

I totally agree! I still have not been paid for this one and no one responds to emails or phone calls. I cannot believe people operate like this. There website is down to! Does anyone know if they've gone out of business?
