Professional Settlement offer

just got an email offering from Professional Settlement Services offering $85 edocs wiith borrower' copy and fax back of 8 pages or more. What is the deal with Professional Settlement Services. Can anyone work for this rate? Who can ? I would like to know how they stay in this business?

These companies are staying in business by paying us less. Since the volume of business is down, they are making less, and are making up for their losses at our expense. Don't do it.
We need to keep our businesses going, and with gas & paper prices up we can't affort to cut fees. Figure out what you need to make & stick to it.

Got a call 1/2 hour ago for refi tomorrow for 75.00 told them my fee is xxx of course they had to get auth. and call me back I won't hold my breath. I learned a long time ago how to say no Kudos to all the notaries that stick to your guns.

I am losing a lot of business right here in my home town because another notary will work for peanuts. They pay my fee or I don't work. How can anyone need business badly enough to cut their own throat to get it and everyone else's also?
