Richmond Title

I accepted a job with Richmond Title before people started mentioning that they were having trouble. I just wanted to let everyone know that a closing I did on 2/25 is still unpaid.

Call them. They should send your check. And think twice

about accepting any more from them, holding checks is a bad sign.

I did one back in March and I have just got a check from them. I would call them to find out what is going on with your check. takes about 30-45 days to recieve one from them.

I have done a total of three this year for them. two in January and one in February. Have not got paid on them yet. I emailed the scheduling manager today and he forwarded the message to the accounting department. I got a response back this afternoon that it was an oversight and checks will be mailed out ASAP. I have many closing for them over the years and this has never happened. I was unaware they were having problems.

I have done business with Richmond for years, I use to be the one they called for every in house closing they had... no one else would show up.

I hope that it was just oversight for sure on all you guys, the last 3 I have done for them were paid within 30 days.

Please keep us posted.
