ServiceLink- Question????? - HELP

my scheduler accepted two jobs from them. The faxback list is unreal(we all know that) and I see on the search lots of stuff on them...

We sent the stuff back without faxbacks and they will have before the docs before they would even have had time to review the faxbacks....

anybody know if we will be paid.... and of course you know what the fees are like so lets not go there....

Is it the countrywide department? That is only one I know that requires fax backs there.

I will call team lead and ask, If docs sent same day, do you need fax back?" The response is usually no as long as they have them back the next day. Works for me! When I know I have the time to seal and drop the same day, I make the call. Saves a lot of time!

My experience with SL is they don't pay extra for fax backs. Most of the time they don't even tell you before hand that fax backs are required . .

42 pages of undisclosed faxbacks despite my asking prior to accepting... they got the job back pronto.

Re: ServiceLink- My experience

If I was closing a loan early in the morning for them I would simply send them back without faxing and I still got paid, but I always double checked to make sure the package went back error free. If it was later in the day like 3pm and into the evening I then would fax them and send the next day. Still got paid. Servicelink always has informed me that they require faxbacks as they are usually stated on the instructions page that prints with the package.

Re: ServiceLink- My experience

Right, but when you get the instructions in the package you normally have accepted the signing often day's prior. So you don't receive notice "until" the package arrives (often same day or hours before the signing). I have worked with SL for about 5 years and I refuse to lower my fees (have not been asked yet) and they don't tell me about fax backs (they used to when they did Full Spectrums). IMHO

Re: ServiceLink- My experience

I specifically asked the scheduler last one I had and she said " not to my knowlege" HA!
I have upped my fees a bit and it IS slow so---
I was also told that if the pkg goes out the same day that there were no fax backs.
They do pay, although a bit slower than before, so one must do what one must do.

Re: ServiceLink- My experience

I love working for them. No fax backs (yet anyhow) even with CW and paid within a week everytime.

Re: ServiceLink- My experience

I think that you may be talking about another company. SerivceLink pays one time per month- you have to submit thier company invoice via snail mail. The CW dept insists on fax backs -that is the only deptartment. They meet my fee- and I told them I would not lower my fee, when they called a couple of weeks ago- and they are still calling me for orders.
