I just filed a complaint with the FBI for Internet Fraud against this co. There are a couple of pages to fill out but be very specific. They handle the fraud thru the police in the area where the company works out of. They also ask for other notaries names or sites where they can get more info re: the info on the co and they take it from there. I typed in internet fraud and when you scroll down you will see a link for the FBI. Take it from there and good luck to all. I rec'd an email today from the att'y in Chicago saying that at this time there is nothing he can do to initiate a class action suit against SOX so if anyone has a better solution let me know. For the amount of time involved, perhaps 10 minutes, internet fraud might be our answer to this problem. If the FBI gets enough complaints about SOX, they may institute a case of their own. Let me know what you think.

i think it's a great idea. I worked for them once a couple yrs ago and was paid but it simply amazes me that these thieves are still in business with all the bad publicity they've received on numerous sites. I'm assuming you've contacted the escrow/title company that hired them and BTW, who are these companies that continue to hire them?? Anyway, I wish you good luck in all your endeavors to get paid by these jerks.
