Signing Service?

Help. I just got a call to do a closing tomorrow. When I rec'd the co. all it said was [e-mail address] No company name, no address. I won't do a closing with no info on the SS. If anyone has had that problem, please let me know particularly if you are familiar with Deniseea

Sorry. That email address is [e-mail address]. I am still waiting to hear from her. re: company name,etc. When I tried to call her, her voice mail says " This is Denise Thompson, I am either doing a signing or am on another line. " Sounds like another notary which is fine, but I need more info.

I would be very specific and direct all my questions right back to denisea. Does she have a web site? Can she be located on this site or others and if so where? what is her Co address, etc. Has she work directly with NSAs before, pmt policy, no sign policy, can she give you a couple references outside her area, etc etc etc. Don't panic just due your own due diligence.
Then you can make an educated decision. Good luck.

I have been doing closings for Denise Thompson for over 2 years. She is completely honest and has always paid me within 30 days of receiving my invoices. She is wonderful to work with and is always willing to answers questions I may have not only about the closings I am conducting for her but also general notary signing questions. Believe me when I say she is totally on the up and up with her business.
