Signing Wiz & the FBI

After getting no where calling or emailing, I finally threatened him with the the FBI Internet Fraud Division. Within 15 minutes I had a phone call from the Wiz himself! Now lets see if I get a check!

I did the same thing with Final Step. Gave him 2 days to reply. He didn't so I did. Now lets see what the FBI will actually do.

How do you report info to the FBI? PC Mobile Notary owes me too!!! He closed and didn't even have the courtesy to email or phone, yet he sent his 1099. Never expected this from him.

He sent a 1099 and never sent the $ that's on it?

If this happened you can call your friendly IRS office and file a complaint with them stating he's claiming expenses off his taxes, but never paid them out. You can find his business id # on your 1099 and that will help the IRS check this out. Be a good citizen and help your government catch a scofflaw.

fbi dot gov and click on internet fraud...

I posted here a while back asking if there were more victims. Tood Ballou was nice at first(working two jobs, cashing in IRA to pay the notaries blah blah blah) but when I got more demanding, he quit responding. I offered to let him pay me $20 a month, but he would not answer. UNTIL this week when I sent him a copy of the FBI report and he said that he would pay me within two weeks. We shall see. You can put my information in your report if you like. It asks for other victims. He appears to be gearing up to start a new signing service and that does not make me happy. He hired me via internet, so it qualified. I hope they do something. Best of luck and let me know how it goes.

I think I like the fbi.gov internet fraud thing a lot.

Good for you, Janet.

Re: I think I like the fbi.gov internet fraud thing a lot.

If anyone remembers, I said the same thing months ago. I told you I read on another board about someone doing this and that I liked the idea. I was in favor of anything that would give us some clout to collect our money.

The replies I got here more or less shot down the idea saying that it was too hard to prove, it couldn't be done, etc. I'm glad to see that everyone is starting to come around.

I will never work for this man again. I have never had to chase payment. I read forums on how some got him to pay via PayPal so I tried that. Sent 4 reminders with no results. He stopped answering his phone and would not answer emails after one telling me the check was in the mail and another saying he would pay via PayPal.

I decided to take a long shot. I still had email docs so I looked in them to get bank that did loan. I called the bank and talked to the branch manager yesterday. I explained to him my problem and he requested I forward all my emails to him. Today I got a payment on the invoice I sent via PayPal without one word from John Kulik. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall to here the conversation between him and the bank branch manager. It was worth the $2.48 fee to get paid.

The work was done June 15. Today is August 25 and I just got paid. I suggest no one work for this man. Not worth the effort to chase down payment.

I attempted the threat of Attorney General. Calling the Bank Manager got faster results.
