Hi Mary, we at Portable Notary (http://portablenotary.com) cover the 19 counties in the mountains of Western North Carolina ("We go places most people don't even know ARE places." ... Cleveland is a bit out of our normal range -- an hour and twenty-six minutes from us -- but we can cover it (for a reasonable charge) if you do not find anyone closer.

for those interested in the state of signing business in North Carolina, it seems to be picking up again right nicely (as we say heahabouts).
