The Notary BIZ

Anybody else have a problem getting paid by these people?
It took 7 1/2 weeks to finally get paid and that was after two "stories".
They reminded me of what I (and many others) went through with LIA.
What is wrong with people that they just can't be a little honest with us.
It will hurt alot less if they are truthful as far as I am concerned. I look at someone who tries to dodge the truth with me as someone who is telling me they want to "PLAY".
I'm OK with that. I'll play. OH Boy, will I play. I just DON'T play well when it comes to getting paid for services rendered.

I do work for them regularly and have never had a problem getting paid. They do usually pay about 40-45 days out though.

I also work for them and they always pay promptly. I received a check last week for signings I did on March 24 & 26.

You call that prompt! They got paid at COE and kept your share until the last minute. There is no excuse for these signing companies hanging on to the notaries fee for two or three months except that most notaries accept this.
