The Notary Biz

Be careful. They called me at 130 PM for a closing at 7:00PM tonight. They 'couldn't' accept my fee. They called back at 2:30 and accepted it. They asked if I could reduce it by 25 bucks and I indicated that I was kicking myself for not asking more. An hour went by, than another. I finally called them about no confirmation, and they said, Oh! I was busy and didn't get back to you. I was called by the lender and they said they wouldn't accept the fee that they had just accepted! Obviously, they continued to shop me. Well, 2 can play that game. Let them call me again! Yeah, the fee was way above what they wanted to pay, but once you accept it, it should be yours. At least call back and tell the SA!

I work for them and while they aren't the best paying signing company out there; I like them and we always agree on a fee that I can live with. Never a problem getting paid and a professional group of people to do business with.

I too never had a problem with them, the guys were really nice and prompt payment, but they stopped calling. And I believe I know why, they opted to go with the other notary in my area because they apparently accept The Notary Biz low fees.

I can not lower my prices than they already are, I just can't afford it.

I find them reliable, but I do think they shop a bit. They always do pay, and unfortunately, that is a plus these day.
