What others have to say about us
I came across this comment this morning:

hm
As I was driving today, I came up behind a vehicle that had a specialized license plate. You know how when someone is a volunteer fireman, a veteran, or something of that nature. The plate number is moved to the right and an insignia is embossed on the plate and then it has special text at the bottom. I think you know what I mean by this point.
Anyway, this person's said 'Notary Public' and there was a logo. Not to diss notaries, they have an important job, but I mean, is that really necessary?
To me the likelihood that someone is going to seek out the services of a notary public while he's in his car is pretty slim. I guess if I had to take an oath and I was at a stop light, it would be pretty convenient. He could just kind of drive up alongside, roll the window down.
Also it's not like he needs to run red lights to rush to a burning building- "It's okay officer, I'm a notary public." However, if someone with a hostage wanted to authenticate some documents they might need the guy to drive his notarymobile to the scene or whatever really fast and not get pulled over by the cops.
I don't know, notaries are cool and all but this just seems a bit ridiculous to me.

"It's okay officer, I'm a notary public."
I have to try that line sometime.

The license tag is impressive, but I believe I would opt
for the "lighted marque pizza type sign" on top of my ride. ...If I could make it flash, I think the cops would even move over. Cause it would say "Professional.....Notary Public!"
I got it....I'll add a police light bar on the trunk. Think we could lobby for our own strobe colors?

Think I missed my chance to buy the big one with rhinestones.... Honest, there was one out there about 5-6 years ago-- about the middle of the notary boom.

I do too (adore your humor) and have found that you just seem to right yourself like one of those bobble clowns - not that you are a clown (well, sometimes), an admirable trait.

Thanks Ladies! But its really just plain 'ol...
Texas BS. I'm just thankful for everyday and try to find the brightest spots in each one.
I gotta get back on freecycle now, cause I'm beggin' for a used sireeeeen that still has a little chrome on it, to put in the grille.

My husband ordered me that plate that goes around your license plate! I told him thanks but no thanks! A couple weeks later, I happen to notice he put it on his car. I just shook my head.
