check from Richmond Title

Saturday I wrote (snail mail) to Steve Pitchersky, owner of Nationwide Mortgage Concepts, the lender who hired Richmond Title, asking him to contact Richmond Title and instruct them to pay me for the closing I did on 25 February. Today I received an overnighted check from Richmond Title. When a lender helps me to collect from a title company, I always send a thank you note, which I will do in this case as well. If you're owed by Richmond Title for a Nationwide loan you closed, here is the contact.

Addendum

With my letter to Pitchersky I included a copy of my invoice and a copy of the HUD. Send lenders as much proof as you have, including the name of the borrower and the loan number.

I have never had a problem collecting my payment from richmond title.
