e-signing class?

Can anyone recommend a good e-signing class/seminar?
Do you prefer the online course?
I think I would prefer a class to ask questions?
Is enjoa a requirement for e-signing classes?
Thanks for your input.

esigning questions?

Hi - To begin with, hello to everyone. ----I read an earlier post by someone who described an esigning. However, I haven't done any research through the post to see if these sort of questions were already addressed, so let me apologize, beforehand. There are many questions that come to my mind, but the most important one, for my part, is this, ----In Louisiana, my E&O covers unintentional errors or omissions regarding the notarizing part. How many folks, have little nasties lurking in the background of their pc's ----that they are not even aware of? such as keyloggers, back-door trojans, etc.... who is going to be held responsible for personal information that is acquired through these means? everyone involved or just the lender.

Re: esigning questions? Good question!

We don't know what we don't know--until it's too late. Am sure all the various sites in the news were quite surprised when they got hacked. I'd just as soon let somebody else be the guinea pig on these---seems to be a number of volunteers.

I don't know a whole lot but I know enjoa is NOT a

requirement.

Enjoa is an overpriced product (IMHO) -- a notary journal on your computer.

As I understand it, the Enjoa uses your fingerprint to identify you so no one else can access your info. ??

You can buy fingerprint scanners and software to secure your files or your PC - they're a lot cheaper than Enjoa.
