has anyone had a payment issue with them? They claim they can't send it because they haven't recieved my w-9, I have sent it time and time again and get a confimation report saying it got there okay! Is this normal policy for them?

I must be lucky. I had the same problem. I emailed asking about my payment at 30 days, and received a return email asking about my w-9. I mentioned thay I would send it again, but that I had enclosed it with the original invoice. I got my check about a week later. Try:

I work for them all the time. They pay promptly (usually 30 days or less).
They won't pay you if they don't have a W-9, and many companies have that policy.
I've been working with them for about a year & a half and never have any payment issues. I suggest you call Kris and get it worked out.

I was not paid and sent them an email. They stated they did not have my W9. I guess they were not going to ask me for it! I got paid very quickly after submitting my W9. I would work for them again and again :o)
