to JOAN-OH Regarding the usb adapter

I have a key board that is special one that is quite expensive and did not want to buy a new one... dell sent me free of charge the correct usb adapter... so ask them for one... they will send it after the shipping also........all you have to do is ask!

btw... I am sure you all read about this but dell is NOT building to order anymore... it will be choice A, B, C, or D period...

Since when, Zee? It must be real new - my husband and I bought two laptops in December that we built online as we wanted them and we bought two new desktops about 6 weeks ago, both of which he custom built online...

It has been discussed here and there and was announced

in my paper thursday ...

"Not so for Dell, a company who made a name for itself on its build-your-own-PC policy. This week, the company said it will focus less on the build-to-order model and more on selling pre-built versions. The switch is part of the company's mission to bring down costs. "
