Accurate Signings, LLC

I have noticed some confusion here on this board.

My name is Adam Nierenberg, I am the President of Accurate Signings, LLC.

To avoid confusion, I am a notary public and certified legal document preparer in the State of Arizona. I do not sub out any notary signings or mortgage signings, any assignments that I accept, I complete myself.

I started Accurate Signings back in 2001. I registered the trade name with the Arizona Secretary of State and now own the phrase Accurate Signings as a United States Registered Trade Mark.

Anyone who is infringing on my mark is being put under advisement to change their name, and this being an friendly cease and desist as anyone who is mistreating notaries, underpaying, not paying is giving the real Accurate Signings, LLC in Arizona a bad name and reputation.
