American Signing Connection in GA- GET REAL!!!!!!!!!!!
1st- I won’t work for this low/slow pay company.
Get a call at 3:05pm for a 4:00 "Buyers side only" signing at a real estate office. I asked out of curiosity if the docs were ready- "no" was the response. I asked again out of curiosity who was going to be in contact with all the parties involved- response- "well, you would need to be and the broker would be too" Mentioned that it was 3:05pm here.
Stated that I don’t work for you and only have done 2 orders for you b/c you are low/slow payers. Girl was desperate and asked my fee? After I quoted- she said we can only pay $100.00 "it is only a buyers side" I then re-stated my fee at more than double that....and she hung up on me! Yeah buyers side will a full doc package- are you kidding me!!!!
For the person that takes this low ball offer and the headache involved with this- good luck- there is NO WAY that I would waste my beautiful Friday afternoon dealing with this CRAP- and not to mention you will have to chase your payment. I will be on of those people dining el-fresco downtown....don’t be a hater when you see all the other rational people enjoying themselves.
