They owe me for two in April and Rikki is getting ruder and less cooperative as the months drag on. I have filed a FTC complaint on them. I also researched on the Duns and Bradstreet site I found this three different addresses. I understand that Closing Quest, LLC is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur while I am performing any actions or duties prescribed by Closing Quest, LLC. I understand that Closing Quest, LLC will report any and all income to the IRS. I further agree for an infinite period of time that any knowledge gained or relationships made while performing these duties for Closing Quest, LLC will not be pursued individually or made public to any other persons or parties including but not limited to business practices, partnerships, or agreements during anytime Closing Quest, LLC is acting as an active signing agent or company. Any issues or disputes will be resolved at the notaries expense. This serves as a permanent non-compete agreement. I will inform Closing Quest, LLC of any conflicts of interest immediately. I understand Closing Quest, LLC pays a flat $75 per closing, $115 if it is a 1st and 2nd mortgage. If the loan cancels during or after the closing, my flat fee is $35. I further agree to make any corrections within 3 hours of being notified to document errors or accept financial responsibility for said correction, not to exceed 1/2 the cost of my service. Any changes to this must be approved before the closing. I understand it is my responsibility to have all documents delivered or being delivered by noon the day following the closing. I will follow all policies and procedures of Closing Quest, LLC. I further agree to make Closing Quest, LLC immediately aware of any issues that arise before, during, or after the closing. Any issues will be resolved by Closing Quest LLC, not the individual notary. I agree to provide Closing Quest, LLC a W-9 once I have completed 5 closings.
