Closing Quest
Ok, boys and girls, Closing Quest is busily screwing its notaries. We are at 148 days and counting. Todd, the owner, is unavailable; Brandi, the manager, tells me that they don't handle the payments, speak with Rikki; Rikki doesn't take phone calls and, as of this morning, doesn't read email messages.
Now, Todd has, in the past, posted here that he wants us to give them a chance to fix problems before trashing them in this forum. Well, we accepted the assignment net 45. They are now 103 days over due. I've spoken with Brandi. I've emailed to Rikki. I have been given assurances. Nothing.
This is not new. The last two times it was 87 and and 204 days, respectively. I was told in the past, that their problem was due to an "outside" accountant and now that they have an internal one, everything will be different.
I just had a conversation with Danielle. It seems no one can help. Rikki is in "another building". Who is her supervisor? She doesn't know. Who can get her to pay us? She doesn't know. This is absurd.
They are now on our "Do not Accept" list ... until further notice.
