For Quickbooks users.

I want to add "Thank you for your business" to every invoice I send. How can I automatically include it without having to use a pull down menu each and every time? Is this possible?

Hi Beverly:

There is a block at the bottom of the invoice set-up for a message, I like the same ,message as yours and have it automatically placed on all of mine. I have this thing about taking someone's money without a thank you, unfortunately it seems that "have a nice day" has taken the place of "thank you" but it just doesn't have the same ring to me. It would be possible to add this by editing your template for your invoice and placing it as a text box. I have done this with my EIN because many of my clients request this on my invoices.
