I did my first one w/Gemini on Monday. They were easy to work with. It was a purchase & we signed at Suntrust Mtg. No issues from my experience.

I just did a closing for them in Aug. but the check came from E E Closing Services from Denise Loxtercamp AKA Denise Thompson. I was treated fine and paid in a little over a month. Denise was super nice!
