Inspection Question

I was asked today if I had E&O ,is E&O something you carry for inspections?I am sure (but maybe wrong) our Notary E&O Insurance would not carry over to cover inspections would they?

my impression of that question... only if you are performing a notarial act for a signature of someone that E/O would work... they will find out the hard way it does not cover...

No your Notary E & O is not the same coverage. E& O for inspections runs around $1200 a year
