LIA, Inc. Do they owe you money?
If so, please send as soon as possible the original PDF file containing the "work order" instructions with contact info and fee to be paid to me by email ([e-mail address]).
Also, if possible I would like a copy of your invoice to LIA, Inc. and any correspondence you have with them regarding non-payment. Of course you understand that by sending me this information you grant me permission to use/send this information to the US Department of Justice as supporting documentation to my request for a Federal RICO Act investigation of non-paying Signing Services. Naturally, I will redact the borrowers’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.
It's long past the time to permanently remove from the Signing Service business those companies who intentionally and consistently cheat the NSA out of their fees. This is not a challenge to Signing Services who operate in an honest manner and pay what was agreed in a timely manner. It is however a warning to those Signing Services who think that they have found an easy way around their obligations to pay for services rendered that there is justice to be had by those who have been defrauded.
Please send everything a quickly as possible as I am wrapping up the process and will be sending my request to a minimum of three US Attorneys.

(1) SOX doesn't owe me any money which is the basis for my complaint. I did one job for them a long time ago, and eventually they paid me. It's not right, but it's probably not criminal.
(2) I think if we can concentrate on one "bad apple" and be successful then it will be relatively easy to get the rest of the bad apples space in the same jail cell.
