Lenders Choice Title Company, contact info
I spoke to these people yesterday regarding my unpaid invoice. I was advised that I would need to send my formal demand for payment letter to them, certified mail and it would be forwarded to the person(s) responsible for payment. When I asked who that was, I was told " That information is confidential".

Re: Lenders Choice Title Company, contact info
I just called them and they said, I can send them information, and they will forward it on, but that their is no gurantee that I will be paid. Oh and on a 2nd note, I had called CW and Equity Services on the two jobs I'd done for LFC on the 25th and 28th of July, on the 30th of July, when I first saw these posts, they new nothing of the closing. Totally ticked off, because I not only felt ripped off, I thought it best to just call the borrowers from these two closings yesterday and let them know. Neither new anything about it. Apparently LFC never forwarded one of the pkgs. to the lender and then they refused to fund the loan. included in the pkg. to LFC was a $2500 check from the borrower. Since no one told the borrower and his loan was suppose to fund on the 4th, and it Did not in fact fund, and yesterday being the 7th, this borrower still had not made his monthly payment on his current ARM. I told him he should call his LO and find out what was going on, that I just felt the responsibility to let them know there was a problem and he should look into it, that I didn't know details, other than what the lender had told me that they never got his pkg. of docs from LFC. He called me back an hr. later after speaking with the lender and said he was calling his bank to put a stop payment on his check, because he didn't have the money to pay his now almost late payment. I feel so bad for them, LFC totally screwed things up for these people and now they will have to wait and go thru this all over again, if the lender can work it out and get another title co. to re-do everything. what a mess, I wonder how many people LFC has screwed over besides us notaries.
